Deliveries

The Deliveries module tracks packages from receipt through final delivery. Use it to receive inbound packages, assign them to routes, and record delivery completion. Drivers can also pull up a truck manifest before departure.

Quick Reference

Search Deliveries

Search is the starting point for most delivery tasks. Use it to look up any package in the system.

Fields:

Status options: All Statuses, Received, Routed, Delivered, Returned, Canceled, Refused

Leave all fields blank and tap Search to see all packages.

Toolbar buttons:

• Scan — Scan a barcode to fill the Tracking Number field automatically
• Search — Run the search with the current filters

Receive Package

Use this screen to record a package when it arrives at your facility. It creates a new package record in the system.

Required permission: Deliveries (Security 67)

Tap Receive Package from the Deliveries menu, fill in the package details, and save.

Route Package

Use this screen to assign a package to a delivery route. The package must be received before it can be routed.

Required permission: Create/Modify Deliveries (Security 68)

Find the package using Search Deliveries, then tap Route Package and select the route.

Deliver Package

Use this screen to mark a package as delivered. You can capture a signature at the time of delivery.

Required permission: Create/Modify Deliveries (Security 68)

Find the package using Search Deliveries, tap Deliver Package, and confirm the delivery. For signature capture details, see Signatures.

Truck Manifest

The Truck Manifest shows all packages currently loaded on a specific truck. Use it to verify truck contents before the driver leaves.

Tap Truck Manifest from the Deliveries menu, select a truck from the dropdown, and review the package list.
