Two-Way Sync Between Warehouse and Accounting

The InventoryPro Sage 50 connection lets warehouse activity feed accounting without a manual handoff. Items, vendors, customers, purchase orders, and sales orders can move into Sage 50 with the detail your accounting team expects.

Updates can also flow back from Sage 50 into Inventory Pro, so warehouse users can see cost or payment-related changes without waiting for someone to copy them over.

Which Records Stay in Step

The sync focuses on the records that matter most between warehouse and accounting. Item master data, customer and vendor records, and order documents can all be mapped so both systems are working from the same information.

Field mapping is handled during setup, including custom fields and account mappings where your process needs them.

Status Updates Back to Sage and Inventory Pro

When the warehouse receives purchase orders or ships sales orders, those updates can post into Sage 50 so the accounting side reflects the operational side more quickly.

In the other direction, invoice and status details can return from Sage 50 so Inventory Pro stays useful for the teams who need to see the latest customer and order state.

Scheduled Sync Jobs

Sync timing can be set to match the pace of your operation. Some teams want more frequent updates, while others prefer scheduled batches during quieter hours.

Logs record what was created, updated, skipped, or rejected so your team can review sync health without checking both systems line by line.

Keep Sage 50 and Warehouse Data Aligned

Use Inventory Pro and Sage 50 together without forcing your staff to enter the same records in two different systems.
