CISS places an immense importance on proper training. Our customers should get the most out of our applications from the onset. We do provide some remote training and onboarding with each purchase.
We like to pursue a “Train the Trainer” approach to help establish a Key Operator on staff at each organization. This allows many basic questions to be handled internally and helps establish a consistent line of communication between CISS and each client. Generally, we only modify a system at the behest of a key operator or known entity at the client to avoid any sort of phishing attacks or unauthorized access or changes.
If you might prefer a specialist come to your location. Our inventory specialist will assess your processes, apply them to the system, and make recommendations on utilizing the application. We use the train the trainer approach, the classroom environment, and even on-the-job training and we will help you decide which will benefit your users the most.
